Cabernet Sauvignon – Red Dry Wine 750ml
Perhaps the most cosmopolitan grape.
Its wines come in deep scarlet colour. When young, they give out aromas of green pepper, blackcurrant and wild cherry, including scents of black and green pepper or sage.
In warmer climates (Crete), phenolic ripeness produces wines with a rich colour, exuberant in terms of flavour and aroma.
It accompanies red meat game, roast lamb and spicy cheeses.
