Since 2014, Vinolio has carried that story forward. We look after the same land with the same values and the same care as those before us: working with nature, not against it, and putting quality before quantity. Every bottle of olive oil and wine we make is a continuation of that history, and a promise that it will go on.
For four centuries, this land has been tended by one generation after another. Each handed the groves and vineyards to the next, along with the knowledge of the seasons, the patience to wait for the harvest and a deep respect for the soil. Nothing here was ever rushed. What the land gave was taken with gratitude, and what it needed was given back.
Vinolio grows with the people around it: local workers, neighbors and visitors. We also work with local suppliers and aim to keep the benefit of what we do in the community.
