Muscat of Alexandria. Its love for heat helped the wine acclimatise perfectly in our country, producing fabulous sweet wines.
However, in the past few years, an ever-increasing share of its production is converted into dry, aromatic white wines.
Goldie, crystal and clear, it emits the sublime flowery aromas of Muscat (rose, jasmine), as well as green pear and white-fleshed fruit.
It pairs well with seafood, appetisers, white cheeses, salads and grilled fish.
